Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Awka North Chapter   has been inaugurated.


The event which took place at Redeemed Church of God Amansea, drew
clergy men and their wives, members and others who came to benefit
from the glory of God.

Religion Correspondent, Amaka Chibuzor Okoye  reports  that while baddressing the gathering, the State Chairman, Pentecostal Fellowship
of Nigeria, Bishop Moses Ezedego said that their mandate is to
evangelize and win souls for Christ,  stating that it is important that
they intensify action to win more  souls in Awka North for Christ.

In a goodwill message, the Special Assistant to the Governor on
Religion and Pentecostal Matters, Pastor Felix Eke said Awka North is
privileged having an appointee from their area which shows that the
Governor is interested in them. 

On his part, the Bishop of EFETA Gospel Church, Enugu, Bishop John
Egwuonwu who hails from the area, expressed gladness that the gospel
of Christ is expanding,  more especially at the remote areas charging
them to be warriors and ambassador’s of Christ. 

Speaking shortly after the inauguration, the Chairman of the occasion,
Reverend Victor Chiedozie said their vision  is   turning
most of their meetings to fellowship in order to enrich the spiritual
needs of the people solicited for farmland, financial support and a
vehicle for the propagation of the gospel.

The women arm  of the Church was  not left out as the wife of the state chairman,
Mrs. Blessing Ezedego also inaugurated  its executives members  and charged them
to make prayers their watchword while they reflect the light of God in
all they do.

All the executives who have two years tenure were presented with
certificates, as they took oath of obedience while series of prayer
points climaxed the inauguration.
