Governor Willie Obiano’s seven years in office has been described as the celebration of God’s gift.

Ndi Anambra in the Federal Capital Territory eulogized the governor for excelling even in the face of dwindling finances in the country.

Ekwi Ajide of our Abuja Bureau, sampled the people’s opinion and reports that Ndi Anambra resident in Abuja were full of praises for the governor for what they described as his doggedness in providing good governance.

The founder and leader of the Rotary International Rotarian Palm wine Fellowship, Nze Kanayo Chukwumezie who hails from Ukpor, thanked Governor Obiano for giving youths in the state opportunity to serve and excel in his administration thereby, making them more politically aware.

He cautioned youths to reciprocate the governors good gestures by being good ambassadors of the state anywhere they find themselves in the future and practice what they learnt in future administrations.

For Engineer Lawrence Okechukwu from Enugwu Ukwu, after many years of democratic government in the state, Governor Obiano was the only governor that made good his promise and linked his community to the express road.

Chief Alex Ukaigwe, from Uli, said that Governor Obiano scored an A in administration as he excelled tremendously in spite of the ravaging effect of COVID-19 pandemic and fall in the value of naira which according to him, shows the Obiano led administration would have done better than any administration in history if not for the problems that militated against it.

He however, implored the governor to use the remaining months of his administration to concentrate on conflict resolution in communities especially those with chieftaincy tussles as according to him, it will ensure consolidation of community development.

Sir Patrick Okwuba from Ukpor on his part, said governor Obiano’s governance excelled holistically with exceptional strides in education, health workers and civil servant’s welfare and agriculture.
