The 244-page book was edited by two erudite scholiasts, Dr Uche Nworah, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Anambra Broadcasting Service and Dr Emeka Arinze, a prolific writer and analyst.

Chapter book is about commentaries chronicling the achievements of His Excellency, Chief Willie Obiano as Governor of Anambra state, to commemorate the seventh anniversary of the Willie Obiano administration in Anambra State. Chief Austin Oguejiofor, Chairman of First Rotech Group, will serve as Chairman on the occasion, while Prince Dr. Donatus Okonkwo, Chairman of Tetrazzini Plc will be the Chief Unveiler, to be supported by other notable Ndi Anambra.
