The Anglican Bishop of Aguata Diocese Right Reverend Samuel Ezeofor says no organization will succeed without adequate training.


Speaking at Immanuel Parish Ezinifite in Aguata Local Government Area during the dedication service for members of the Parochial Church Committee and other organizations in Aguata Diocese, Bishop Ezeofor charged those that were appointed into various church organizations to always aspire to live up to expectations.



Bishop Ezeofor stressed the need for those in Leadership position to work towards making those they are serving to believe in them by being transparent in their service.


He maintained that no leader can please everybody and advised those in authority to always seek the power and wisdom of God to succeed.


Bishop Ezeofor who is also the National Chairman of the Evangelical Fellowship in the Anglican Communion, EFAC, used the opportunity to advise the people to refrain from working against their Leaders.


Earlier in a sermon, the Archdeacon of Umuchu Archdeaconry, Venerable David Obiagboso who said that Anglican Church is synonymous with teaching Ministry called on those chosen to serve in the Church to be spiritually balanced in order to work effectively.


He maintained that nobody can succeed in God’s work by being far from Christ.
Some of those who took part in the exercise including the President, Aguata Diocesan Council of Knights, Sir Isaiah Eze-Ezika, the Arcdeacon of Ufuma Archdeaconry, Venerable David Okpalaononuju, Director of Media and Communications, Mr Abuchi Nwozor and Mrs Ogoma Nwosu of Holy Trinity Church Oko, stressed the need for the Church to map out more Programmes that will make the congregation come closer to God.


Sanitizers were also distributed to all the Parishes in Aguata Diocese, as part of measures to check the dreaded Coronavirus.
