Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s two years in office has been described as a milestone towards achieving a livable and prosperous homeland for all Ndi Anambra.

 

The Vice President of Ohaneze Ndigbo Worldwide, Chief Damian Okeke-Ogene, said the Governor is making Anambra State and Ndigbo proud.

 

Chief Okeke-Ogene noted that Governor Soludo has remained consistent and determined to fulfill campaign promises to the people by delivering democracy dividends that touch their lives positively.

 

He observed that Governor Soludo did not declare state of emergency only on infrastructural development, but in all sectors, with commendable results.

 

According to Chief Okeke-Ogene, the state is now witnessing standard road and bridge construction with pedestrian walkways, quality asphalt overlay, standard drainages with proper termination points that would elongate the life span of the projects.

 

He said the Governor has equally introduced and entrenched merit, transparency and due process in political appointments and recruitment of workers that are now promoting efficiency, dedication and quality service delivery in all sectors.

 

Chief Okeke-Ogene said that his skills acquisition and youth empowerment programmes are providing permanent solutions to the challenges of unemployment and social vices.

 

In his reaction, a community leader, Chief Joseph Onyenwe, noted that the Governor’s security architecture is gradually eliminating crime and criminal activities, as well as restoring conducive business environment across the state.

 

Chief Onyenwe urged people of the state to continue to give the Governor all necessary support and cooperation to achieve his vision.
