The candidate of African Action Congress, AAC, in the November sixth Anambra governorship election, Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo, today, 16th October 2021, held a political rally in Awka, the Anambra State capital, with a promises of better deal with Ndi-Anambra.

Addressing mammoth crowd that gathered for the event, Dr Nwankwo said henceforth, aggressive campaign will be sustained to drive home the message of the party for the good of the State, adding that the task of repositioning Anambra is now or never.

He explained that political godfatherism has remained the bane of development in the State, notwithstanding that Ndígbo, especially Ndi-Anambra, are at the forefront in the development of the nation.

Dr. Nwankwo promised that he will build industrial park, sea port, among other infrastructural projects to attract direct foreign investment to the State.

Contributing, the National Chairman of the party, Dr Leonard Nzenwa, who doubles as the National Chairman of Interparty Advisory Committee, said the AAC candidate is out to win the Anambra governorship election, who will use his wealth of experience, exposure and contact to make Anambra better.

He expressed hope that INEC will organise free, fair and transparent exercise, urging electorate to come out and exercise their franchise for the good of the State.

Handover of the party flag to the candidate, who was flanked by his Deputy and other officers of the party, formed the highpoint of the event.
