The former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Professor Charles Soludo who is one of the aspirants in the November 6th Anambra gubernatorial election, has today, the twentieth of Match, 2021, officially identified with the twenty-four support groups in the state.
The event which is ongoing at the Women Development Centre, Awka, is also a medium through which the groups, together make prayers to ask God for Soludo’s victory in the forthcoming election.
Members of the twenty-four groups from across the state and beyond attended the event in their numbers.
The groups’ objective is to ensure that Professor Charles Soludo succeeds Governor Willie Obiano for continuity.
They have been galvanizing support for Professor Soludo since 2019.
Professor Charles Soludo is vying for the governorship position under the All Progressives Alliance, APGA platform.
