Anambra Achievers Legacy (ANALEG) Award (AKULULU UNO AMAKA-2021), in affiliation with Igbo Leaders of Thought General Assembly, is in line with the philosophy of “Ndi Anambra Nalue Uno and Build Your Home”; to promote good societal value and right ideals which our people are known for.

ANALEG AWARD (AKULULU UNO AMAKA-2021) is also in commemoration of Anambra State at thirty, celebrating thirty exceptional achievers who have invested heavily in the state by building roads, award of scholarships, rural electrification, built factories and industries which provided job opportunities to our youths and taxes to the state government.

ANALEG AWARD (AKULULU UNO AMAKA-2021) was conceptualized to honour Ndi Anambra of proven integrity, who have imbibed the “Think Home Philosophy” and have set up industries and business empires in the state, thus creating jobs for our teeming youths.

ANALEG AWARD – Anambra Achievers Legacy Award is dully registered with C.A.C Abuja, Nigeria and empowered for the recognition of individuals and corporate organizations towards excellence. Its vision: A platform that encourages Ndi Anambra to invest their wealth in the state and build at home, while its Mission is to grant meritorious award to eminent personalities who have rendered invaluable services to the state in their various capacities.

Its Motto is “AKULULU UNO AMAKA”. Its Core Value is Commitment, Innovation and Selfless Service. Mandate: To unite Anambra State, the Citizenry and Stakeholders with a view to forming a formidable front for economic growth and prosperity of the state.

Aims and objectives of ANALEG AWARD (AKULULU UNO AMAKA-2021) is showcasing the impressive pedigree of eminent personalities, men and women in order to inspire others to be goal oriented, advocating and seeking to ensure that the state government provides land to Ndi Anambra at a highly subsidized rate to foster the development of public and private establishments with the aim of employing our teeming youths, thereby actualizing the ultimate goal of Anambra State becoming the Dubai of Africa (AKULULU UNO AMAKA). Others are creating a healthy synergy between the government and the governed with the view of fostering unity, progress and peace among the people and developing, promoting, validating and honouring outstanding Achievers.

Old Anambra State was created in 1976 from the defunct East Central State, and its capital was Enugu. On August 27, 1991, it was further divided into two states, Anambra and Enugu States. The capital of Anambra is Awka. Anambra State at thirty in 2021 calls for celebration and introspection.

It affords the opportunity to celebrate men and women whose achievements have placed the state on both the national and global map; men and women who have greatly impacted on the lives of the people through their programs and projects with preponderance of evidence on ground to show for it.

ANALEG Award is a quadrennial event that would honour prestigious individuals, the ‘First Eleven’ among peers in their various fields of endeavor. They should be men and women who have greatly impacted on the lives of the people through their programs and projects with preponderance of evidence on ground to show for it.

They should also be individuals who have sacrificed their time, talent and resources for the betterment of Anambra State in particular and humanity in general; the heart and soul of their respective communities; men and women of noble cause; who are exceptionally reliable and dependable, who have distinguished themselves in various fields and disciplines; the critical thinkers on nation building (the pride of the state).
