The Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze, has said that the visionary and transformative leadership of Governor Chukwuma Soludo has ignited a new era of sustainable development across the State, evident in his administration's commitment to good governance, economic growth, and human capital development, in addition to the visible giant strides already recorded in communities in the State.

Felicitating Governor Soludo on his 66th birthday on behalf of the State Legislature, Rt. Hon. Udeze maintained that the Governor has demonstrated a clear vision for a prosperous and peaceful Anambra, adding that his leadership has embodied the principles of equality, transparency, and inclusiveness, which he said are the hallmarks of effective governance.

The State Number One Lawmaker, who noted that Governor Soludo's administration has engaged deeply with the citizenry in all aspects of governance, reaffirmed the State Legislature's steadfast resolve to work with the Executive Arm, enact laws and resolutions that prioritize the needs of the people, as well as provide the necessary legislative backing to ensure the full realization of the development agenda of the Governor.

While appreciating the development strides of Governor Soludo in all sectors of the State economy, such as an improved healthcare system, free education policy, improved security architecture, massive road infrastructure, investment opportunities, employment, and reformed public and civil service, as well as the general well-being of the citizenry, the Speaker assured that the State Legislature will continue to uphold its constitutional duties to ensure that the State operates optimally in all ramifications.

Rt. Hon. Udeze prayed that the new chapter in the life of Governor Soludo be filled with abundant grace, wisdom, and continued courage to lead Anambra State to greater heights.
