Governor Willie Obiano’s condolence visit to Enemali family in Nzam, headquarters of Anambra West Local Government Area of the state, has rekindled the hope of people and visitors in the area on the ongoing road project in the area.


Condoling with the family on the death of Iyom Ezinne Roseline Enemali, Governor Obiano, represented by his Deputy, Dr. Nkem Okeke assured people of the area that urgent attention will be given to the Anam-Nzam road, in order to further give people of the area a sense of belonging in the state affairs.


While describing death as a necessary end for all mortals, Governor Obiano prayed for the peaceful repose of the soul of Iyom Roseline Enemali, who died at the age of eighty, having given the state illustrious sons, including the state Commissioner for Lands, Mr. Bonaventure Enemali.


Commiserating with the Enemali family, the state President of Ohaneze Ndigbo, Chief Damian Okeke-Ogene, the state Acting Chief Judge, Justice Onochie Anyachebelu, and a party stalwart in the area, Brother Paul Anaekwe, described the Nzam road as important in achieving more results in the state’s agricultural sector.


Others, including the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Lands, Dr. Emenike Ezinandu, the House Committee Chairman on Lands and Physical Planning, Mr. Ifeanyi Chiekwue and the Chief Whip of the State Assembly, Mr. Lawrence Ezeudu, prayed God to give the Enemali family the fortitude to bear the loss of their mother.


Expressing appreciation for the show of love from friends and well-wishers, who came from far and near to condole with the family, the state Commissioner for Lands, Mr. Bonaventure Enemali, described his late mother as a disciplinarian, whose legacies the family will cherish and uphold.
