The outgoing Anambra State Police Commissioner, Mr Aderemi Adeoye, has once again expressed gratitude to the Anambra State Government and people of the state for the support and collaboration given to him throughout his stay in the state.

 

Speaking during an interactive session with journalists at the state Police Command Headquarters Amawbia, Mr Adoye said these assistance enabled the command under his watch to achieve so much in crime fighting and prevention.

 

 

 

He equally thanked the state government for giving him citizenship rights and approval to receive chieftaincy titles in the state.

 

 

 

Mr Adoye noted that Anambra people are very hardworking and industrious, and expressed satisfaction that normalcy has returned to various parts of the state.

 

The outgoing Police Commissioner stressed the need for collective efforts to reposition the country for the benefit of all, noting that the country has enormous human and material resources which, if well harnessed, would turn around the economy.

 

CP Adoye stated that education holds the key to break circles of poverty, while healthcare should be made affordable and accessible for the benefit of all.
