Governor Chukwu Soludo has called on Ndi Anambra in the diaspora to join hands in developing the state, saying that there is no place like home.

 

The Governor, who encouraged all to feel free to more around because there is security in the state, cited the numerous events going on in the state as evidence that the state is secured, and urged Ndi Igbo to bring back some of their investment back home where it will be secured.

 

Speaking when hecommiserated with the people of Nnobi in Idemili South Local Government Area over the death of the wife of their traditional ruler, Barrister Clara Obi, Governor Soludo, represented by the state Commissioner for Culture, Entertainment and Tourism, Comrade Don Onyenji, noted the roles late queen Clara played in the palace while alive saying that her death has created lacuna that only God can fill.

 

He urged the royal family and Nnobi community in general to take solace in the Lord as death is the end of every mortal, and described the Igwe Nnobi as a onetime public servant who impacted on his people, adding that he is a friend to the state.
