Anambra State government has re-assured of completing all the awarded road contracts across the State.

The Commissioner for Works Mr. Marcel Ifejiofor gave the assurance while addressing journalists on the state of roads in Anambra during the Meet the Media Programme.

Mr. Ifejiofor an Engineer who presented copies of letters obtained from the federal Ministry of works stopping work on the rehabilitation of some roads in Nnewi because the contractor did not secure approval from them announced that work will soon commence on the Obodo Ukwu road Okpoko, Amansea Ndi-Ukwuenu-Awa road while the Enugwu-Agidi -Nawgu-Ukwulu road will witness total reconstruction.
