Anambra electorate have been encouraged to come out en-masse and cast their votes for the candidate of their choice in the November eighteen governorship election.

In a statement in Awka, the Anambra progyressive Foundation, said election boycott will have negative impact on the present security and socio- economic development of the state.

The foundation, which warned against jeopardizing the peace and security of the state, told the people that voting during election is a civic responsibility.

It warned Ndi Anambra not to invite state of emergency by allowing people, who are not from Anambra and who are campaigning for no election in the state, to decide the fate of the State.

It asked the people to allow their votes speak for them while the elders and other leaders engage relevant authorities on the grievances they have raised.
