As part of his commitment to transparent and accountable governance, Governor Soludo has met with Anambra indigense in Diaspora, provided updates on his administration’s progress to professionals and business leaders.
According to a statement issued yesterday by Governor’s Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, the Governor has consistently been accountable to the people of Anambra State, his “employers” since his three years in office, noting that the Easter Monday town hall meeting with Anambra citizens in London marks the highlight of a successful “strategic Diaspora engagement tour,” which has already garnered positive responses in Lagos and Abuja.
The statement also stated that Governor Soludo believes accountability in governance is a virtue that must start at home, demonstrated locally before being showcased globally.
