Christians today mark Palm Sunday, commemorating triumphant entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem.

The day portrays the kingship of Jesus Christ, his supremacy and humility, which are expected of all Christians to emulate.
Palm Sunday is also the beginning of Holy week when the church will reenacts the passions of Christ, His death and resurrection morning on Easter.
