Chief Edochie Onuorah has joined the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, with many former members of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
Correspondent, Chukwuemeka Modilim reports that Chief Edochie, who joined the party in his compound at Umuenwelum Anam in Anambra West Local Government Area, explained that he joined APGA to support the visionary leadership of Governor Chukwuma Soludo, his good works in Anambra, and to ensure his reelection for the second tenure.
On his part, the Anambra State Commissioner for Local Government, Chieftaincy and Community Affairs, Chief Tony-Collins Nwabunne, said that Chief Edochie joining APGA is a big catch for the party, and commended the Governor Soludo for being the first that supplied electricity to Anambra West.
In their separate speeches, the National Chairman of APGA, Barrister Sly Ezeokenwa, represented by the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr Ejimofor Opara, and the Mayor of Anambra West Local Government Area, Chief Fidelis Nnazor, noted that Chief Onuora joining APGA will boost Anambra West APGA chances, and will collapse other parries to the party.
