APGA Faithful in Ekwusigo Council Area have been asked to maintain unity of purpose among selves and aspire to be the best ahead of the 2023 General Elections.

 

The former President General of Oraifite Improvement Union, Sir Ralph Nwike, made the call when he hosted Ekwusigo Local Government EXCOS, Councilors, Ward Leaders and aspirants under Ekwusigo Constituency, at his Oradialo Oraifite residence.

Addressing the gathering, Sir Nwike, who is also an APGA major stakeholder said that the aim of the meeting was to celebrate APGA victory in the last governorship election and also to remind members to work harder to deliver all their candidates in the 2023 General Elections noting that APGA party has set the pace of good governance in Anambra State hence, the need for members to maintain peace and work in synergy.

 

Speaking, the APGA Chairman for Ekwusigo Council Area, Sir Ikechukwu Obidigwu noted that they have been winning elections in the area and urged APGA Faithful to get ready for the forth coming general election as they will embark on house-to-house campaign while the deputy transition committee chairman for Ekwusigo, Comrade Aloysius Anigbogu said that Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s idea of a livable prosperous Anambra State is manifesting through the award of road contracts across the state.

One of the aspirants, Engineer Ikenna Ofodeme, noted that APGA, as the third largest party in Nigeria, is symbolic and has produced prominent people and called for all hands to be on deck to ensure victory.

 

Good will messages came from the traditional ruler of Oraifite, Dr. Daniel Udorji, represented by his palace secretary, Mr. Kenneth Nduka, the president general of Ichi Development Union, Chief Damian Atuigwe, Chairman of APGA ward two Oraifite, Ike Ojukwu among others.
