Investors have been urged to explore opportunities in the Real Estate sub sector.
Speaking after touring the Dubai Estate in Awka, the Chief of Protocol to Governor Chukwuma Soludo, Mr. Chinedu Nwoye said the sector has huge potential for societal development.
Mr. Nwoye commended the high quality of social amenities and structures with high-end finishes in the estate, noting that it is clearly redefining urban and luxury living in Awka.
Mr. Nwoye, who is also Governor Soludo’s Deputy Chief of Staff, affirmed that the high class of facilities in the estate will meet the demands and interests of people from across the world, and urged prospective investors to quickly tap into the opportunities at the estate in expanding their investment portfolio, while assuring that the huge project will soon receive desired attention and support from the state government.
Nwoye, who was guided during the tour by the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of General Site Solutions, GSS, Mr. Chukwudi Ezenwa, also noted that Dubai Estate perfectly aligns with the African-Dubai-Taiwan vision of Governor Soludo.
Meanwhile, Dubai Estate, which has become a topmost investment haven to many investors, has equally played host to several personalities, including the Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Right Honourable Uchenna Okafor, who kicked off the annual tree planting exercise at the estate, while the immediate past Commissioner for Lands, Physical Planning, and Rural Development in the state, Mr. Bonaventure Enemali flagged off the allocation of plots of land to subscribers at the estate.
