The Old Aguata Traditional Rulers Forum has congratulated one of their own, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, on his successful election as the Governor-Elect of Anambra state.
In a release signed by the Chairman of the forum, Igwe P.N. Ezeamama of Enugwu-umuonyia and his Secretary Igwe Chidi Ezenwugo of Uga, the royal fathers thank God for giving him to them in the Old Aguata and to this part of the world as their son and brother.
The release also signed by Igwe F.C. Okoli of Okwaeze, Ndi Okpalaeze, thanked Governor Willie Obiano, who was given the title, Agu Na Eche Mba Old Aguata and his amiable wife Chief Dr Ebelechukwu, for standing firm in the project.
They prayed God to bless them with good health even as they praised other candidates who fought the battle as they said that they are happy to have sons who can represent them at all seasons.
The royals fathers called on them to sheath their swords for any further actions since they are members of the same family in the spirit of their slogan “Onye Aghana Nwanne ya” as the victory is remarkable in the sense that it is a victory for Democracy in Nigeria, victory for Ndi Igbo and victory for Ndi Anambra.
