The remains of Mrs. Justina Nwachukwu Nnatuanya have been laid to rest in her husband’s compound at Enugwu-Aguleri in Anambra East Local Government Area.

The  burial mass which took place at Saint Joseph’s Pro-Cathedral, saw the Religious, top government officials, members of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Catholic Women’s Organization, friends and sympathizers who came to commiserate with the Nnatuanya family on the transition of their matriarch.

The Late Mrs. Justina Nnatuanya, is the mother of the State Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Anambra North Senatorial District, Chief Chinedu Nnatuanya.

In a homily during the burial mass, the Parish Priest of Saint Joseph’s Pro-Cathedral Aguleri, Reverend Father Mathew Obiekezie, said death is a starting point to the glory of God, as one needs to answer the call and enter into a new life that will remain forever.

Reverend Father Obiekezie asked the family of the deceased not to mourn, like those without hope.

While commiserating with the Nnatuanya family, the member representing Anambra East and West Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Chief Chinedu Obidigwe, said the deceased was a mother to all, always accommodating and ever ready to render help, advising the children, especially Chief Chinedu Nnatuanya, who he described as a strong leader in APGA, not to mourn, but to continue with their Mother’s legacies.

In their separate speeches, the former member representing Idemili North and South Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Chief Ifeanyi Ibezi, an aspirant for the November sixth Governorship election in Anambra State Chief Chukwuma Umeoji and State Secretary of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, Mr  Tony Ifeanya, asked the bereaved to bear the loss with fortitude as the deceased lived a fulfilled life.

An Ace footballer Mr Emmanuel Emenike, who went down memory lane on how he grew up with the Nnatuanya family, prayed God for the repose of the late Mrs. Josephine Nnatuanya’s soul.

The second son of the deceased, Chief Chinedu Nnatuanya, who is the State Vice Chairman of APGA, Anambra North Senatorial District, and two of his sisters Mrs. Stella Nnatuanya and Mrs. Chinelo Chiwuba, said their Mother lived a life filled with charity work, love for one another and led them to Christ, even as she taught them how to be Independent.
