The Final Burial rites of the Late Chief Michael Nnadume lgboanugo has been performed according to the custom and tradition of the people of Umuagu Village Achalla, in Awka North Local Government Area.

The Late Chief Igboanugo died at the age of eighty seven and was buried some years ago.

The Funeral Ceremony attracted various Cultural groups and Masquerades which showcased their dance steps.

Friends and well-wishers from all walks of life and especially friends of the son, Chief Awelle Igboamugo came from within and outside the State to condole the family and to accord their last respects to the deceased.

Some of the guests who are members of Dynamic Friends Club World Wide of which Chief Awelle is one of them sympathized with the Igboanugo Family and prayed God to grant the deceased eternal repose while urging their friend and his siblings to take solace in the Lord knowing that their father Iived a fulfilled life, adding that it is their responsibility to bury their father.

One of the in-laws from Awkuzu Chief Peter Emenake reminded the Family of the need to keep their father’s legacy alive and live in peace with one another.

The first son of the deceased, Chief Awelle lgboanugo and his daughter Mrs. Beatrice Chukwuemeka said their late father was a man of truth who was ever ready to defend the defenseless no matter the Circumstances.

They promised to emulate their father’s footsteps and prayed God to grant him eternal rest.
