The Traditional Ruler of Umueri, Igwe Benneth Emeka says, effective security network of governor Willie Obiano has created enabling environment for investment to thrive in Anambra.
Igwe Emeka stated this while commending governor Obiano on the recent award conferred on him by the Nigeria police force, describing the award as an honour well deserved.
The Umueri royal father added that the good security network in Anambra has enhanced the achievement of think home philosophy of Governor Obiano as citizens are now bringing their investments back to Anambra which he said would improve the internally generated revenue of the state.
Meanwhile Citizens of the state have been advised to take ownership of government facilities in their area.
The Bishop of Messianic Faith Assembly, Nnewi, Bishop Ignatius Orizu who gave the advice while speaking with journalists in Nnewi, stated that the governor Willie Obiano led administration through his twenty million naira community choose your project initiative, has brought grass root development to all communities of the state.
He noted that those facilities needed to be maintained to last long and called on ndi Anambra to give maximum support to the present administration for more dividends of democracy across the state, saying that governor Obiano has attracted both federal and international presence to the state.
The Prelate also commended governor Obiano for his recent award by the Nigerian Police Force, for supporting Security Architecture describing it as a well deserved honour noting that the security status of Anambra state has made the state number one for investment.
He called on people to pray for those in authority as criticism will not pave way for development.
The Bishop also consoled victims of the recent Onitsha fire disaster.
