The immediate past Archbishop, Ecclesiastical Province of the Niger, Most Revered Godwin Okpala has called on Christians to live a Christ like life in order to inherent the Kingdom of God.
He made the call at Saint Jude’s Anglican Church, Adazi –Ani in Anaocha Local Government Area during this year’s Evangelical Fellowship in the Anglican Communion EFAC Sunday, which has its theme as “understanding the time”.
Most Revered Okpala, who is also the former Bishop of Nnewi Diocese, stressed the need for Christians to obey and keep alive with the biblical teachings, to win souls for Christ.
He advised the children of God to go back to their root which is praying without ceasing, evangelism and preaching the word of God undiluted calling on the church to be ready and live according to the directives of Christ.
Series of prayers were offered for peaceful co-existence amongst the people.
