The Regent of Ihiala community, Dr Richardson Okechukwu says the inauguration of Governor Willie Obiano for a second term will bring more positive transformation across the State.

Dr Okechukwu who spoke to newsmen in Awka, said the second term in office of the Governor will surely put smile on the faces of the citizenry.

According to the Ihiala Regent, the peaceful nature of the second term inauguration and the mammoth crowd that witnessed it, clearly indicates the love Ndi Anambra have for the Obiano administration and their readiness to remain supportive to it.

Dr Okechukwu, while thanking the Governor for his visits to Ihiala and his administration’s giant strides in the town, pledged the loyalty and support of the Ihiala people to his administration.

The Ihiala Regent who is the Head, Cassava Transformation of the International Institute for Tropical Agriculture Ibadan, expressed optimism that with the investments in the agricultural sector in the State, Anambra will soon be sufficient in food production and earns huge foreign exchange in the exportation of agricultural produce.

In their various contributions, Chiefs Ezeana Ohaedoghasi and Nnamuzie Obikanyi, affirmed that Governor Obiano has restored people’s confidence in governance, through his massive infrastructural development and called on the citizenry to rally round him.
