The Deputy Registrar in the office of the Vice Chancellor of the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Igbariam Campus, Pastor Ikechukwu Nwanoro has
described the recent Daily Times Heroes Award and other awards given to Governor Willie Obiano as testimonies of his good governance.
Pastor Nwanoro who spoke to the press in Igbariam, called on the citizenry to pray for the governor as well as support his good prgramme and polices.
He acknowledged the recent positive development initiatives of his administration and spoke of the good fortunes coming to the state through the help of God who has been giving the state good leaders.
Pastor Nwanoro further called on all eligible voters to participate in the ongoing continuous registration exercise to elect leaders of their choice in future elections, adding that as Christians they should not be apolitical .
In view of the wind of the economic hardship in the country, he encouraged the citizenry not to give up hope but to trust in God who will never disappoint them.
