The Chairman of the panel of Inquiry into Ukpo-Abagana, Abagana-Enugu-Ukwu and Enugu-Ukwu Nawfia communal crises,

Justice Chinyere Anigbogu, retired, has urged all parties involved in the case, to hasten up their submissions and presentations to avoid unnecessary delays.

Justice Anigbogu, who stated this during yesterdays sitting of the panel, equally appealed to all the communities to avail the panel of evidences and facts that can lead to the peaceful resolution of the crises.
At the resumed sitting of the panel, Enugwu-Agidi, which joined itself in the case was told to regularize its earlier presentation to the panel they said they could not do that immediately as their President-General lives in Abuja.
Under Cross examination, Chief Godfrey Emekwisia from Enugwu-Agidi told the panel that the community has boundary with Enugwu-Ukwu, Ukpo and Nawfia and not Abagana.
Justice Anigbogu retired also asked Abagana to respond to the allegation made against them by Ukpo that they are violent people but Abagana said that they will respond in subsequent sitting.
The traditional rulers of Ukpo, Abagana and Nawfia were all present at the hearing, which was later adjourned till Monday next week.
