APGA members have been urged to sustain high tempo of grassroots mobilization of the state electorate for the re-election of Governor Willie Obiano.

Speaking at Enugu-Agidi, the special assistant to the governor on science and technology, honorable Raymond Uchebo called on all eligible voters yet to register to take advantage of the decentralization of the continuous voters registration exercises to wards to register and obtain their permanent voters cards.
Honorable Uchebo said there should be collective effort of all APGA members towards actualizing the governor’s second term bid to maintain the tradition of the good governance, accelerated development and increase socio-economic activities to protect the future of the state
He noted that the governor has redefined governance and scaled up bar of democracy dividends in all communities of the state with commendable results.
Honorable Uchebo urged the people of the state to be decisive and shun money politics to avoid mortgaging the future of the children and taking the state back to its difficult past
In his reaction, a former chairman of Njikoka local government area, Chief Emeka Onuoha said decentralizing the continuous voters registration to ward level has provided another viable window that will make it easier for the elderly and physically challenged persons to register and obtain their permanent voters cards.
Chief Onuora said people of the state are ever eager to re-elect governor Obiano because of his outstanding performance in all indices of development.
The APGA Chairman in the area, Honourable Charles Okongwu said APGA is on course to win a landslide in the coming governorship election as governor Obiano has performed far beyond people’s expectation.
Honourable Okongwu assured that mass mobilization of people, for the ongoing voter’s registration at ward levels is to ensure that all eligible voters are captured to enable them participate in the coming election.
