Miss Sandra Okonkwo and Mr. Charles Anagor have been joined together in holy matrimony.

The wedding of former Miss Okonkwo who is a staff of the Anambra Broadcasting Service ABS, took place at Saint Peter’s Anglican Church Amawbia where families, friends and well-wishers including ABS family gathered to facilitate with her.
In a sermon to mark the event, the Vicar of the church, Reverend Canon Chris Ogbodo, said that marriage is a life time commitment that requires patience, endurance, tolerance and above all, love.
Reverend Canon Ogbodo reminded them that Challenges will surely come, but with commitment, prayers and respect for one another, they will surmount whatever problem that may come their way and charged them to strive to raise Godly children that will be beneficial to all.
While rejoicing with the couple on behalf of the ABS family, the Director of Programmes, Mrs Kate IG-Okeke, said former Miss Okonkwo is a dedicated staff of ICT Department of the station who is diligent in her duties advising the couple to make prayer their watch word so as to overcome any difficulty that might arise.
The mother of the bride, Mrs Bridget Okonkwo who thanked God for the union, said marriage is a sacred insititution ordained by God and should be kept holy advising her daughter to emulate her, love her husband and never involve third party in their marriage.
While appreciating God and all who felicitated with them, the couple, Mr and Mrs Charles Anagor, promised to keep their marriage vows and love one another till death do them apart.
