Ohaneze, Youths,  Others Assure Obiano Of Support, Want Him To Consolidate On Achievements


Governor Willie Obiano, has been called upon to consolidate on his first term achievements during his second term that kicked off on Saturday seventeenth March, 2018.

The President Ohaneze Ndi Igbo, Anambra state chapter, Chief Damian Okeke Ogene, while reacting to the Governor’s inauguration for second term.

Chief Ogene, who commended the Governor for restoring the Igbo's trust and believe in APGA, through his laudable achievements in all facets of the state's economy, advised him to remain focused and to maintain the tempo of good governance which has made the state the envy of others States in the federation, and assured him of the total support of the Organization .

The Chairman of the all Igbo groups, Barrister Okpalaukwu Okpalaezeukwu, described the landslide victory of the Governor as the act of God, commending the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, and the Buhari administration for the sense of maturity and professionalism exhibited during the election which made the will of the people prevail, and called for the repeat of such gesture in the 2019 general elections to restore people's confidence in the nation's polity.

On his part, the President, Anambra Association of Town Union, ASATU, Youth Wing, Mr. Osita Ozaragba, while congratulating the Governor on his victory, solicited for creation of more employment opportunities for the teaming youths in the state, and promised that the youths will continue to support the administration.
For a business tycoon, Chief Patrick Chidolue, Governor Obiano is a man of vision and plan, who is committed to the well being and development of the state, pointing out that the strong security network brought into the state by the administration, has improved business activities and as well ensured the protection of lives and properties of the citizenry.
